Nefarious Yarn Club

"A census taker once tried to test me.
I ate his liver with some
fava beans and a nice chianti."

-Hannibal Lecter

My first package arrived from the Nefarious Yarn Club and I could not be more excited about it! The honor of the first round goes to Dr. Hannibal Lecter who can only be described as brilliant, cunning and psychotic. The Silence of the Lambs is one of my favorite movies. I don't remember what year the movie came out (1990 or 1991?) but I do remember seeing it in the movie theater. It was like nothing I had ever seen. I loved it!

The Nefarious Yarn Club is a tongue in cheek group. Each round a nefarious character is picked and then yarn is dyed to match that character. The characters can range from Cruella De Vil to Hannibal. So please keep your sense of humor intact. Don't send me hate mail.

Now go check out the pictures of my awesome goodies!!

The color of this month was inspired by the leather of Dr. Lecter's protective face mask. Did you see my little stitch marker attached to the yarn!? YAY!!!

The Nefarious Yarn Club is through Dharmafey's Cosmic Fibers on etsy. She also does an amazing Dexter colorway. Love that!

That's just creepy! One of the movies on my "I can't watch all the way through" list. It's true, and I love Anthony and Jodie both. I am such a weenee!

And thanks for stopping by my little place and leaving some comments on my meanderings.
